Concerning  industrialized countries the building field is one of the most polluting sector among human activities because of  the energy absorption, waste production and utilization of non-renewable resourses.  In order to reduce the environment impact and the whole energetic cost of building sector it's necessary to promote retraining of existent buildings heritage and realization of new buildings with bio-eco-compatible criterions.
