Verona – Lungadige Campagnola – Demolition and rebuild of a mixed use building – offices and residential

The building shape like a Y guarantees some remarkable views as Adige river and history buildings on south, historical arsenal and valuable villas in liberty style on the north.

In order to emphasize those point of views, wide windows and big terraces were inserted bringing a new facade design with shadow areas and big overhang that are similar to the architectonical characteristics of  close buildings. The facades are lightened by light and shadow game while the surfaces of big windows are alternate by covering system: this architectonical language is related to his neighborhood but, in the same time, it introduces some new contemporary characteristics.
