Verona – New fair pavilion 9B

The project is part of  expansion plan and retraining of the fair area in Verona: this plan concerned the possibility of increase the exposition surfaces and the contemporary of more fairs all together. The project  regards a surface of 15000 sqm: explanatory and congress area of about 14,000 sqm with directional building of 3700 sqm on three levels where there're an entrance hall, offices, restaurant hall and a technological tower realized by glass covered by photovoltaic film. The frame consisted in a modular grid by 6 x 6 meter, the columns are reinforced concrete and the walls are made by prefabricated concrete panels with a glass strip for the natural illumination on the top. The roof is constituted by reticular steel beams with maximum of span of 66 meters.
