Systems design is necessary to determine efficiency and housing comfort; moreover taking technogical components into consideration during project phases gives an addition value for executive efficacy and costs restraint. Design approach has to consider building passive aspects as shell,  orientation and interior distribution in order to reduce costs.

Our job areas hold thermo-fluid and special systems in building, tertiary and industrial fields besides activities as consultant, supervision of work and testing.

Systems:

- hydraulic, transport and use of gases, traditional and innovative thermal systems with air or geothermal heat pump and with utilization of renewable resources

- heating and cooling systems like radiant floor, ceiling and wall types;

- air conditioning  systems with fan coils and air treatment units;

- direct expansion air conditioning  systems by using variable refrigerant flow systems

- anti-fire systems as hydrants, reels and sprinklers in compliance with Italian/European standards (UNI-EN 12845)

- valuation of correspondence to requirements cornecerning building energetic standards

- analysis, tests and design of themal isolations with attention for utilization of materials and systems that guarantee eco-sustainability of buildings;

- practices for fiscal deduction;

Fire prevention services

- design and consultation on fire prevention elements and systems;

- license procedures for activities subject to fire prevention law (DPR 151/2011), application for project examination, submission of SCIA or renewal of CPI (Fire Prevention Certificate).
